Return Policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy from The Rain Reclamation Station. Here’s how returns, damage claims, and the manufacturer warranty work. If anything is unclear, just contact us and we’ll help.
Damaged or missing parts
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged or a part is missing, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll need clear photos of both the product and the packaging it came in — the manufacturer requires these to approve a claim. Once we have them, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Returning an undamaged item
If you simply want to return an item that arrived in good condition, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization first. We can’t accept returns that weren’t authorized in advance. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping and restocking fees
You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies to authorized returns. If your order originally shipped for free, the restocking fee is 30%, since that covers the outbound shipping we paid on your behalf.
Manufacturer warranty
Every product we sell is backed by Good Ideas’ 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails within that first year, contact us with your order details and we’ll help you resolve it with the manufacturer.
